When completing your order online, please ensure that you have entered all your personal and delivery details correctly, including an accurate Postcode and Contact telephone numbers. It is important that we are able to get in touch with you should there be any issues with either your order or delivery.
If when completing you order you need to add any Special Instructions for delivery (like narrow road or limited access etc) please use the Special instructions box in the checkout process.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and FREE UK Mainland Delivery (except to Scottish Highlands and Islands). Unfortunately there will be an additional charge for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, other Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly along with any orders shipped to Europe. When this occurs we will contact you first to agree the additional charges before processing your order.

All orders are subject to availability. You will be informed by e-mail or telephone if any item ordered is not in stock or subject to a delay of more than three days.

Orders made from the UK or the European Union include VAT at the prevailing rate
All other orders made from outside of the European Union are VAT free.
Deliveries: We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The actual time taken for delivery varies from both supplier to supplier and carrier to carrier but generally your goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days.
Delivery normally takes place Monday to Friday between 08:00 am and 17:30 pm
Any contact telephone numbers that have been entered in the order process, will be passed to our delivery people in case of any difficulties when making a delivery. Please be assured that this information is not passed to any other people or company.
All deliveries will have to be signed for at the delivery address, however we understand that this is not always possible and in certain circumstances it is possible, with prior arrangement, to have goods left safely whereby the carrier will accept a sign note left on your front door specifying where the carrier can leave the goods safe.
The delivery drivers are responsible for delivering to your front door and WILL NOT under any circumstances assist with any assembly or placement of goods.
Once goods have either been delivered to you or have been left safe upon the collection of a signed note, the responsibility of the goods then falls on you the customer. Any loss or damage to goods after this time shall be at your own risk.
Should delivery be refused at the delivery address and then requested to be delivered at a later date, then For Outdoors reserve the right to make a charge for the second delivery.
It is the responsibility of the person receiving the goods to check that all packages are counted for and checked for damage before signing. If any packaging appears damaged, please check that the contents are intact and then note the damage on the delivery note before signing.

Once the goods have been inspected and any damage identified, please notify our Customer Services dept of the damage by either telephone or email by sending your email and any photos you can to: sales@foroutdoors.co.uk
This MUST be done within 5 days of delivery otherwise FOR OUTDOORS will not be able to assist.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. You can do this by contacting us by email at: sales@foroutdoors.co.uk or telephone us on 01344 750788 and in either case quoting the order number supplied to you.
Any goods returned should be in a good and re-saleable condition. In other words the same condition as they were supplied to you.
Refunds to Credit / Debit cards will normally be refunded within 5 working days of our receipt of the returned goods. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reach you card as this time frame is dependent on your card issuer.
Once a refund has been issued, an email will be sent to notify the customer of the refund.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or have been incorrectly described.
When ordering your goods, please make sure that you have chosen your goods correctly as mistakes (although we are happy to exchange or refund incorrectly ordered goods) will have to be returned at your cost. If for some reason when your goods arrive they are faulty, please contact us as in the Damages section, and a replacement will be arranged at the same time of collecting the faulty goods.
