Limited & Lifetime Warranty Information:

As timber is a natural product, surface cracks and shakes will occur and knots may change in appearance. This will not affect the structural integrity of the product and are excluded from the terms of warranty.

The Maxplay confidence in the quality and reliabilty of Maxplay products enables Maxplay to offer a lifetime guarantee to the purchaser on all stainless steel and galvanised fixtures and fittings and a 15 year guarantee on all timber sections against rot and infestation.

All ropes and canopies. base camps and accessories carry a 1 year guarantee. Additionally, there ia a 1 year guarantee against faulty materials and workmanship.

The above guarantee is subject to correct assembly, installation and normal residential use. Maxplay systems comply with BS EN71 including part 8 and are CE certified.

The range of Play Centres on this website are for RESIDENTIAL USE only.

This equipment is for use by children up to 14 years of age.

This equipment must NOT be assembled on concrete, asphalt or any other hard surface.

Delivery Information:

Whilst all orders are normally delivered within 10 working days, this time can vary in high season or if a component is out of stock. Every effort will be made to keep you informed if this is the case.

FREE Delivery to Mainland England & Wales is for all Complete Play Centres ONLY.

Prices for Delivery to Scotland, Ireland, all Islands and Europe available on request.

Prices for accessories not ordered with a Play Centre are available on request.

All products are delivered Flat Packed ready for self assembly.

Deliveries will be made to your home, but products will not be carried through a house or carried excessive distances.

Self Assembling:

All Play Centres are delivered with assembly instructions, complete with isometric drawings.

Generally it will take 2 people 3 - 4 hours to assemble the most complicated Play Centre
