JumpPOD Assembly Tips

Assembling the JumpPOD trampoline is relatively easy, but not as quick as you may be lead to believe. The trampoline itself is quite quick, remember there are 2 types of springs, one set that mount on the top of the frame and another on the bottom, so watch the kids in their excitement don't mix them up as this will lengthen the time. Another tip is to lay out the metal frame parts which are number coded, so make sure you get the corresponding numbers together.

When connecting the metal frame parts you will notice they don't line up, don't worry, this is normal. You will need to apply the necessary force to line the male and female parts for them to slot into one another. The reason for the misalignment is that it keeps these parts together under tension so that when you lift your trampoline to move it these parts don't come apart.

The 4 poles that support the safety net need to be secured with a black self tapping screw, it is best to put the bottom half of the poles in the hole in the frame first, then the black foam, then slot in the second pole and screw in the self tapping screw. Finally slip the second piece of protective foam.

Nearly there. It will require 2 people to insert the corded rods through the top and middle stitched surround. We found it easier to perform this task on the ground rather than trying to do it balancing on the edge of the trampoline. After you have inserted the corded rods, attached the netting to the supporting poles with the elastic bungees. Lastly use the supplied nylon cords to stitch the bottom of the safety netting to the spring eyelets.

Finally, please read Safety Instructions and enjoy this wonderful trampoline.
