After many years of development and refining this UK handmade Large Portable wood burning pizza oven has finally arrived. It is based on traditional designs which when combined with 21st century Hi tech materials makes this lightweight one piece unit at approx 75 kgs a very safe and a strong outdoor woodfired pizza oven which can easily be lifted by 2 or 3 people.

As these ovens are Handmade, please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Oven features:
Portability: This oven is very lightweight and therefore easy to move around by 1 or 2 people
Ready to Use: This oven is supplied ready to use - no assembly work needed, unlike some others on the market.
Oven Fuel: Use quality dry hardwood - this will give you a smokeless cook with no spitting.
Firing of Oven: This oven is very easy to light and heats up ready for use very fast. Oven will be ready to use in approx 15/20 mins.
Food to cook: Basically there is nothing you can't cook in a wood burning oven that you can cook in an ordinary oven. Just better tasting.
Flavour of food: Food cooked in a wood burning oven has a unique and wholesome taste to it.
Weatherproof: This oven has a weatherproof shell and can be left outdoors, however we would suggest you store it indoors during hard winter months.

Cooking in a wood fired oven dates back in time to the original form of cooking by fire and even today is something that still holds strong. It's a clean, carbon neutral way of cooking, and because of the temperature a wood fired oven operates at (350°C - 600°C), is a totally safe way of cooking as it kills any bacteria that is present in modern day food.

Based on traditional designs and combined with 21st century Hi tech materials (similar to those used on the Space shuttles), this extremely lightweight one piece unit is a very safe and strong Outdoor portable pizza oven and will prove to be the perfect addition to any family or garden. Everybody from families to friends will just love the unique delicious and wholesome taste you get when cooking perfect pizzas and more, outdoors in a wood burning oven. Because of the use of modern materials in this heat retaining oven, the outside wall of the oven will remain fairly cool under normal cooking conditions and is totally safe for use in the garden. It is also possible to have this made for commercial use in places likes pubs, markets and car boot sales.

This great new portable outdoor large woodpired pizza oven is so safe and easy to use. Using quality Kiln dried hardwood, which will give you a smoke free cooking experience, simply place a few bits of kindling wood in the oven to light. Once lit add a 3 or 4 small bits of the wood and allow to burn as the oven comes up to temperature. This will take about 10 / 20 mins approx depending on the weather. It is recommended that if you are going to continue to cook in the oven after about 4 or 5 pizza's that you add another bit of wood every ½ hour or so.

Once the wood fired oven is up to cooking temperature (approx 500 - 600°C degrees) after about 15 mins, your oven is now ready for use. Prepare you pizza and place in the oven.

The number of pizza's you can cook at any one time in this large wood burning pizza oven is 4 or 6 depending on where in the oven you place the fire and the size of the pizzas.

This is the fun part as before your very eyes you will see your pizza cook in less than 90 seconds - remembering to turn the pizza around half way through cooking. When cooked simply pour yourself a drink, sit back and enjoy the fantastic taste of your "Perfect Pizza" that has been freshly cooked in this fantastic portable wood burning pizza oven.

You are not just limited to pizzas in these ovens, in fact the limitations are endless from full roast dinners to roasted vegetables, tandoori, bread or anything else that you cook in your normal domestic oven can be cooked in one of these wood burning pizza ovens.
