Nothing beats good home cooked food and nothing beats cooking in this Indian Charcoal Tandoori Oven.

The Indian Charcoal Tandoori Oven is made from Stainless Steel with a carefully crafted clay pot in the centre. The clay is of the finest quality and is strengthened using traditional natural materials which have been used for centuries in the making of clay oven pots.

The Indian Charcoal Tandoori Oven is just perfect for cooking that special food for all the family and friends. Once lit, it will take approx 115 minutes to reach the optimum temperature for cooking of about 400c and you will be able to continue cooking for about 2 hours or so. Depending on how long you continue to cook for, this will burn approx 5 kgs of charcoal in an average cooking session.

What is Tandoori cooking?
Tandoori is a method of cooking food in a clay oven at a high temperature of 400c. The meat is ideally left to marinade in the fridge for up to 24 hours or more. The food is then skewered and placed vertically in the clay Tandoor pot where the intense heat seals all the flavours of the meat and will then quickly cook the meat in approximately 8 to 10 minutes.

This Indian Charcoal Tandoori Oven can cook up to 12 skewers at a time and is great for all types of Indian cooking including: Tandoori Chicken, Naan, Tandoori Lamb and Standard Kebabs.

Please be very careful when cooking with this Indian Charcoal Tandoori Oven as the outside will get very hot and can cause serious damage.
