When you order from For Outdoors, you can do so in the knowledge that your transaction is being completed totally securely.

Your card details are processed safely and securely through our third party card processing company Sage Pay using secure servers and 128-bit high level encryption ensuring that the only details that we see are your address and delivery details. At no time are your card details stored with us.

Having made their original purchase from For Outdoors, many of our customers come back for more products and it is with the help of our customer's suggestions that we look at developing their thoughts, sourcing and then selling new products.

Many weeks, sometimes months, are spent sourcing potential new products and once we have done our research and have decided to progress further we then, where possible, try to get real families to try out and test the new product before we start selling it.

When we start looking at bringing on a new product, we have very strict guidelines as to the standards the product must meet. Not only must any new product meet our strict standards in quality but it must also meet a high safety standard.

It is only after testing and evaluating their feedback do we offer a product for sale or if the product does not meet our strict criteria for product quality and satisfaction, do we refuse to sell the item.

So as you can see we very much take seriously our commitment to both the quality and safety of any product that we sell and like to involve our customers in the selection and testing of many products.

Warranties

All the products purchased from For Outdoors come with the manufacturer's warranty. This does vary in length from product to product but as a whole is normally a minimum of 12 months subject to fair wear and tear.

Where the warranty is longer than 12 months, we have indicated this in the product information.

Delivery Included

All products that are purchased from For Outdoors INCLUDES delivery to UK Mainland addresses with the exception of the Scottish Highlands for which there will be an additional charge.

There is also the flexibility to have your delivery made to another delivery address like your work place or to another family friend so please enter these details when completing your order. Once your order has been completed on our systems you will receive an email advising you of a delivery date which will help you if you have chosen this option.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 17:30.

Deliveries to the Northern Ireland, Eire, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands unfortunately will have an additional charge.
