If you prefer, you can also call us on 01344 750788 to place your order over the phone.
You will then be taken to our secure payment facility, Sage Pay our third party partner to complete your purchase.

Once you receive this email, this is confirmation of your contract between us. As part of this email you will find all the details relating to your order including pricing etc in the form of an invoice / receipt. Please keep this email for future reference as proof of purchase in case of any future problems.
Price, Payment and Availability:
Whilst every effort has been made in the information and cost of every product, we reserve the right to cancel an order or change a price. Of course none of this will be done without contacting you the customer first. We have included this term to protect us in the case a genuine mistake has been made in our pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All orders must be paid for in full before goods are despatched. We do not offer either credit or extended payment terms. There are no other hidden charges.
We currently accept payment by most major credit cards including Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro and PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Diners card. Orders placed by post and paid for by cheque will have the order held until the cheque has cleared.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and UK Mainland Delivery. Unfortunately there will be an additional charge for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, other Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly along with any orders shipped to Europe. When this occurs we will contact you first to agree the additional charges before processing your order.
All orders are subject to availability. You will be informed by e-mail or telephone if any item ordered is not in stock or subject to a delay.
If your item is not in stock we will notify you immediately giving you the option to cancel your order and not have your card charged. If you are happy to wait for the product to come back in stock we will give you a delivery date and keep you informed should this change.
You will always retain the right at any time to cancel your order and have your card refunded.
Our VAT number (For Outdoors Ltd) is 821 6384 36.
Orders made from the UK or the European Union include VAT at the UK prevailing rate. All other orders made from outside of the European Union are VAT free.
